No. Under TigerBD's rules, each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended and any balance may be forfeited. If you're having trouble with an existing account, please contact support.

Deposit & Withdrawal

TigerBD supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — as well as direct bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account almost instantly.

Withdrawals are typically processed to your mobile banking account within 15 minutes to 2 hours of submitting a request. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (BDT), and the daily maximum is ৳1,00,000 (BDT). VIP members have higher daily limits. Withdrawing bonus balance requires meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

First, refresh the page and wait 5–10 minutes — network delays can sometimes cause a short lag. If the balance still hasn't updated after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of the payment and send it to support@tigerbd.ws. It will be verified and resolved promptly.

TigerBD does not charge any additional fees. However, your mobile banking provider (such as Mobile Pay or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are determined by their respective policies.
Betting FAQs

On TigerBD, you can bet on over 30 sports including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, badminton, basketball, and volleyball. All major tournaments are covered — IPL, BPL, Cricket World Cup, Premier League, and more. Live betting is also available, letting you place bets while a match is in progress.

Odds are a number that indicates how much you could win on a bet. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and you place a ৳100 (BDT) bet, you'll receive ৳250 back if you win (your original ৳100 plus ৳150 in profit). Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, before a match begins, you may be able to use the "Cash Out" feature to partially or fully withdraw your bet. Cash Out is not available on all bets — it applies only to selected matches and markets.

If a match is abandoned or cancelled due to rain or any other reason, TigerBD refunds your bet in full. The same applies if a match is suspended and does not resume within 24 hours. For more details, Terms & Conditions Read.

The minimum bet at TigerBD is just ৳10 (BDT), so new users can start small and build their experience gradually. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the market and event.
Bonuses & Offers

New TigerBD users receive a special welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms may vary from time to time. To see the latest bonus offer, check your dashboard after registering or contact support.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. You'll need to place bets using the bonus funds and meet the specified wagering requirements. Once those conditions are fulfilled, the bonus balance converts to real balance and becomes withdrawable. Each bonus has its own wagering terms.

App & Technical Issues

Download the TigerBD app directly from our Download Page can be downloaded from there. Android users can download and install the APK file directly. For iOS users, the web app in a mobile browser works just as well. You may need to enable "Install from unknown sources" during installation.

First, fully close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your phone. If it still doesn't work, uninstall the app and download the latest version Download Page and do a fresh install. Low storage space on your phone can also cause this issue.
